Our three step methodology qualifies new project´s ability and potential to use the Enterprixe.net for cutting cost, saving time and securing the quality goals of the project. 1/3 Scope

“The Opportunity”

This session is a half day group facilitation (excluding preparation), held on a strategic level and divided into four parts; analysis of project, experience, challenges and a benefit/value assessment. The outcome is a report that describes the ROI/opportunity in detail.

2/3 Workshop

“The Alignment”.

This session starts with a three day workshop to align project members and develop specifications according to the Scope. It is divided into three major steps, Project Environment, Process & Rules, and Suppliers & Contractors. The outcome is a complete Building Information Model (BIM) specification that is anchored with the goal of project.

3/3 Implementation

“The Start”.

Start the implementation of guidelines and training of the key project memebers according to the specifications defined in the Workshop.
